"Sushi delivery can be a gamble when you’re dealing with a mystery human handing your raw fish after an undisclosed period of time since it was made. But Sushi Maki runs a serious takeout operation. The rolls and nigiri are wrapped tightly, seared things are still warm from being torched, and the condiments come in a separate container in case you despise pickled ginger and can’t let it touch your salmon.
