"Let’s get one thing out of the way: Navio is not cheap. It’s in the Ritz-Carlton and they serve delicate cavatelli, wagyu, and a gilded lily of a lobster roll with beurre blanc and trout roe. But if you’re looking for somewhere that'll inspire you to renovate an old house on the coast and start dressing like the linen-clad lead of a Nancy Meyers film, make a reservation. At dinner, they offer seven- or three-course tastings for $195 and $155, respectively.
