"Woolworth on 5th, located inside a restored department store-turned-restaurant, is home to a famous lunch counter that was the site of some of the first Civil Rights Movement sit-ins. This place feels a bit like you’re walking into a museum exhibit, or that you accidentally time traveled back about 50 years, and the menu is centered around traditional Southern classics like deviled eggs, fried green tomatoes, and shrimp and grits.
