"Inside a Korean grocery store that looks like a warehouse is Happy Opu, a takeout breakfast and lunch counter for classic Korean flavors in bento form, like spicy pork or kalbi, and generously stuffed kimbap. This alone makes Happy Opu stand out on an island with few Korean options, but they don’t limit themselves to classics: you might find fried rice arancini served with a kimchi dip; hotteok mochi roll, like a cinnamon roll, but make it mochi and fried; and a manapua version of a breakfast burrito.
