At the weekend, its exposed brick, loft-look space is permanently packed out with Walthamstow locals, some nursing a cappuccino and a new baby, others nursing the consequence of that second bottle of white wine with a bloody mary and some expertly poached eggs. No matter which life choices have led you here, it’s an easy back-pocket spot for a smashed avocado fix if you’re in the area. Always utter the magic words “and the french toast for the table”.
