Taco Cat is slinging breakfast tacos as well as an all-day lineup of burritos, ceviche, and one very compelling tuna taco in a crispy nori shell. Open Monday through Friday 8am-8pm, they've also got a tequila and mezcal-heavy cocktail menu. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Omnia Saed
