"When Rockstar Bagel first came onto the scene in 2009, there was usually a line down the block with people waiting to get their hands on some of the only scratch-made New York-style bagels in town at the time. These days, Austin has a few more options, but Rockstar is still a reliable walk-up window on the East Side to grab one or a dozen bagels, even if they occasionally arrive on the dry end.
