"Located just off Half Moon Bay’s Main Street is Blue Dragon Phở—and probably a long line of people hungry for bright vegetable-forward pho, noodle bowls, and Thursday-only bánh mì. The tiny window changes its menu frequently based on sourcing availability, and the only seating is in the quiet adjoining courtyard. Come early, especially for dinner.
