"Great street food is hard to come by in a country where school cafeterias serve four-course meals, but thankfully we have Nonette. This bánh mì takeaway counter is known for the Cheffe's Special, and rightfully so: A quintet of housemade charcuterie includes fatty mortadella, slightly spiced pork shoulder, and pork floss offset by moreish pickles and French butter. The vegetarian options are on-point too—we have a soft spot for the treacly fried eggplant seasoned with chili and garlic.
