"After a lengthy renovation, the Fairmont Breakers hotel is back open in Long Beach, along with its top-floor fine dining restaurant, Sky Room, which dates back to 1938. The dining room is decked out with pink and gold booths, chandeliers, and harbor views, plus a menu of luxe dishes like uni toast and wagyu beef wellington. The hotel is also home to a more casual Italian spot called Nettuno, a rooftop bar, and a jazz lounge. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Cathy Park
