Kouyou Sushi - Review - Queen Anne - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Kouyou Sushi claims to be Seattle’s first-ever double-track sushi spot, which we didn’t even know we needed. At this Queen Anne restaurant, one conveyor belt loops around with the usual grab-and-go sushi, while a tiny bullet train zooms along a second track to deliver made-to-order rolls topped with things like unagi, foie gras, or soft-shell crab. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Kayla Sager-Riley
