"There’s no need to overthink salmon vs. tuna at King Poke. Rathan than a pick-your-protein setup, the restaurant makes each bowl with a set assortment of fish (tuna, salmon, albacore, white fish, and masago) and toppings, like cucumber, imitation crab, avocado, scallions, and sesame seeds. The only decision is choosing your base and sauces, but it's nothing that'll make your brain hurt before lunch. Every element is rationed correctly, and the space is as uncomplicated as the menu.
