"This restaurant inside a Fontainebleau shopping center has the crunchiest queso frito and one of our favorite churrascos in Miami. It’s a casual full-service restaurant with a small dining room and walls painted the colors of the Nicaraguan flag. Colorful ceramic and wire roosters perch themselves on floating shelves, watching guests eat tostones. If you’re in a rush, get the gallo bowl, which is their take on a fritanga with tender chunks of carne asada, gallo pinto, little cubes of fried cheese, maduros, and sour cream. But if you’re here for a Saturday family dinner, order their tender, juicy churrasco. It’s covered in chimichurri, dangles off the giant plate, and comes with your choice of three sides.
