"Rosarito is a food truck and cevicheria on the East Side at the , a new little, BYOB, open-air space with picnic tables on East 12th St that currently also houses , El Tigre Coffee, and Casper Fermentables. The menu is mostly seafood-focused, with a variety of tostadas, seafood cocktails, and (you guessed it) ceviche. They have a downtown sister food truck as well, under the same name, that specializes in seafood-based tacos. On Sundays, they have michelada mix as well, which definitely comes in handy at the BYOB food park." - Nicolai McCrary
