"If there are two things this Redmond spot knows well it’s how to make concrete walls look nice and serve a pretty solid brunch. They have comforting dishes like biscuits blanketed in herby sausage gravy, pork belly eggs benedict, and a croque madame with a perfectly glistening sunny side egg sliding off the top. The bar is usually crowded with groups ordering mimosa buckets and toppings-loaded Bloody Marys, but grabbing a table shouldn't be too long of a wait.
