"Carbone has set up shop in Southampton for the summer. And considering its garden on Elm Street has quite a bit more space than its sidewalk in Greenwich Village, you won’t have to get online at 6am to make a reservation like we did on their first night it reopened in Manhattan. This Italian spot’s classics, like spicy rigatoni in a phenomenal vodka sauce and perfectly breaded veal parm, are available as part of a $125 per person set meal served family-style for your group. You can reserve a table or place an order from their a la carte menu for takeout or same-day delivery (to East Hampton) through the pop-up’s website.
