"Wilma and Frieda’s is a bit out of the way in Palm Desert, but the comfort food here is exactly what you need after a long of mai tais. Don’t be distracted by its location next to a Saks Fifth Avenue in a fancy mall - the food is much better and more affordable than you’d expect.
