"This Japanese curry chain has opened in Tokyo Central Market in Gardena, serving a deep, dark brown Kanazawa-style curry that’s been stewed for five hours and comes with various fried things on top. If you’re extra hungry, they also have Grand Slam or World Champion platters, which look built for someone about to enter a sumo match and are loaded with things like sausage links, fried shrimp, and eggs.
