The Brickery - Review - Mendocino - Mendocino - The Infatuation

"You’ll know you’ve reached The Brickery when the scents of wood-fired pizza crust start to waft down Ukiah Street, one of several main drags. The casual lunch spot by the Cafe Beaujolais people is located in a tucked-away garden complete with plenty of seating and every type of wildflower imaginable. Whole thin-crust pies with charred bubbles, seasonal toppings, and tangy tomato sauce are the centerpieces of every table—go margherita when in doubt—alongside beer, wine, and salads. They also do smashburger days on Wednesdays and Thursdays." - Julia Chen
