"Bolivar Coffee sits in a Smyrna shopping plaza alongside a Publix and an obscene number of banks. The commercial feel doesn’t hint at what awaits once you step inside this Colombian coffee shop. Hanging ferns and potted plants give the illusion of being outside. And a vintage white chandelier lights up tables filled with friends playing catch up and coffee-sipping workers focused on their laptops. Using their own blend of Colombian-grown coffee beans, lattes here taste silky and rich and their frozen arequipe is creamy and sweet.
