PK Oriental Mart - Review - Pembroke Pines - Miami - The Infatuation
"PK Oriental Mart is a standard Asian market in Pembroke Pines. But the real reason to seek this place out is the glistening Chinese barbecue in the back of the store. Whole ducks and huge slabs of red pork hang on hooks behind glass, while an employee chops meat into manageable bites with a cleaver. PK Oriental Mart sells crispy duck, soy sauce chicken, and a couple of forms of pork (the char siu barbecue is our favorite). It’s all tender and delicious, and for about $13, you can get a combo with two meats and a mound of rice. It'd be a great deal even if the meat was mediocre, but this is some of the best Chinese barbecue we’ve had in South Florida." - Ryan Pfeffer
