This restaurant sibling to Dante NYC takes up the top floor of The Maybourne Hotel, with a dining room that’s just as beautiful as its panoramic views and a menu of mostly unremarkable Italian dishes. At its heart, however, Dante is a cocktail bar. The bartenders are experts with classics like a 50/50 martini and whipped Garibaldis, but really, they’re capable of making anything you can think of with confidence and finesse.
