"Crow's Nest takes me back. Anytime a restaurant, whether it's the city or the Hamptons, has stood the test of time—which in the hospitality industry might be just three years—it's impressive. I know my first dinner there was in 2013 or 2014. It's no longer on the menu, but they had this brisket, and now they have an incredible ribeye. A lot of times you get to Montauk and you end up eating local seafood. It's a fishing town! Maybe I was a little under the influence, but I remember that first meal being one of the best I've ever had. It's also a beautiful restaurant—you go outside and it has this very homey feel. You can walk down to the water and watch the sunset. There's plenty of like benches and swings and stuff. It's a big sunset spot."—KC "Also, if you have a boat, you can take it up close enough to walk into the water and go right to the restaurant."—DO" - brennan carley
