The woman serving your food also likely made it, and she’ll guide you through her favorite combinations of the moment (and probably give you a couple samples along the way). You’ll order a variety of stewed meats like pork adobo and dinuguan (pork blood stew), which they serve over vegetable pancit (noodles) or garlic rice.
