Bro's Hot Chicken

Chicken restaurant · West Miami

"This is Miami’s very first restaurant dedicated to hot chicken. They have several levels of heat you can choose from, ranging from no spice to fuego. Don’t order fuego, even as a joke. It’s so uncomfortably spicy, it’ll make your teeth hurt and you're obliged to sign a waiver that at first feels gimmicky but is completely justified. The bro bowl, a plate full of chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw, and an ungodly amount of sauce is exactly what you’d expect from a dish named after a “bro”: just a little too much. Bro’s Hot Chicken is hidden in the corner of a West Miami Plaza, but unless you’re dead set on finding hot chicken in Miami, it’s not quite worth the search." - Virginia Otazo

We craved our authentic bold flavors from back home, Lebanon. We decided to open this small operation where we could showcase just a little taste of our vast cuisine and share it with South Florida. It is our hope that the excitement we feel will come through in our dishes and tantalize the community. After a temporary closure, in August 2024, we have reopened with a new menu and shiny dreams to outdo ourselves.
