"Once you get settled at The Fumbally, a community cafe in The Liberties, it’s difficult to leave. Whether you’re catching up over excellent coffee from a local guest roastery, working on your laptop, or attempting to work but really people-watching, the lofty, art-filled warehouse space and chatty staff encourage slowing down. Linger over a plate of cheesy scrambled eggs on toast, stay for a cookie, and browse the deli stuffed with freshly baked loaves, condiments, and wine. A loaf of their housebaked sourdough makes an excellent souvenir if you’re visiting Dublin. Food Rundown Fumbally Eggs Sautéed kale adds notions of health to wonderfully decadent scrambled eggs with nuggets of creamy Gubbeen cheese. A smear of hot sauce on the brioche toast is a nice touch, too. photo credit: Daisy Meager" - Daisy Meager
