"With three locations across Austin, Garbo’s is Austin’s resident lobster empire. Like at the other locations, lobster rolls are the centerpiece of the menu at this space near 6th and Lamar—with both chilled Maine and butter poached Connecticut styles available—but there are also dishes like crab cakes, spicy crab rolls, and a lobster grilled cheese.
