"Ai Fiori Blu space looks like what would happen if the Jetsons and the Flintstones designed a kitchen together—there are mismatched plates, speckled stone flooring that crawls up the wall, and a retro reach-in fridge parked in the dining room. And yet, there's no way Wilma and George could come up with a menu like this. The food is made up of modern Italian classics like farinata in a peppery sauce with a mountain of chicory greens that'll have you asking for extra bread to mop up the last bits.
