The beef phở from this counter-service Vietnamese spot near the Fullerton Red Line only has a couple of meat options like brisket and meatball, but they’re both tasty and come with a delicate, savory broth. The most flavorful phở is the chicken—it’s light with a comforting saltiness. Aside from their pho, the bánh mì here is also solid, with delicious options like classic pork roll or BBQ pork, all served on a crackly, soft baguette—perfect for a grab-and-go situation. Food Rundown Chicken Phở The light broth in this soup is packed with plenty of chicken flavor, along with a hint of onion.
