"We didn’t add Pasta to this guide just because of its name. All of the pastas on the menu are made in-house, whether it’s a squiggly noodle or a plump agnolotti. Our favorite is the cacio e pepe. We know Miami is saturated with cacio e pepe, but this is the standout. The pulverized pepper works its way into every bite.
