Every tray of raw or chargrilled oysters and pillared seafood tower is served in a thick cloud of icy smoke. The rich grilled Redfish filets, tuna “mignon” over buttery crab fried rice, and even a vegan kale salad are all pretty gussied up and tasty, especially for a restaurant that looks like a crab shack someone stuck a chandelier in.
