"El Rincón Asturiano is another Spanish restaurant we love. Whereas Casa Juancho is very much a Calle Ocho restaurant with a penchant for panache, El Rincón is more subdued and on a much quieter corner. It's our favorite place in Miami for traditional Spanish tapas, like gambas al ajillo, chorizo a la sidra, and huevos estrellados. There's nothing flashy about this spot. It's probably where your friend’s Ciudadrealeño dad hangs out to drink albariño and split a big bowl of almejas con jamon with friends. Hopefully, he’s taught you how to sink the shells deep into the bowl so they catch as much serrano and creamy wine sauce as possible." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo
