"To get to tapas bar Bin 22, you’ll have to walk to the back of a liquor store. This place is hardly a secret though, as it’s one of the most well-known places to eat in town. And there’s a good chance you’ll actually make new friends with your neighbors at the bar or communal tables if you’re dining solo or sharing small plates with a group. The house-pulled mozzarella is a non-negotiable. It’s incredibly fresh and comes with toppings like pesto and mushrooms, but can totally stand on its own with a simple sprinkling of flaky salt. You can’t go wrong with the Spansih salad either, with bitter arugula, thinly sliced green apple, manchego, and marcona almonds. They’re pouring some of the best wines you’ll find in Jackson, and we particularly like their rotating rosé options." - Lanie Brice
