"Yes, almost all of the Houston Brother's bars are “speakeasies,” but if we had to pick a favorite, it’d be Davey Wayne’s. This dancey Hollywood spot has an over-the-top ‘70s theme, a house party feel, and occasional bands playing covers in the “living room.” The entrance is through a run-down refrigerator in a garage, and the crowd often spills out into the backyard patio that’s equipped with a boozy snow-cone machine. It’s all pretty kitschy, but if you can’t find fun at Davey Wayne’s, we can’t help you." - sylvio martins, garrett snyder
