"Half-Korean dessert cafe, half-Chinese restaurant, Snow Bliss Cafe serves bingsu and noodles in West Portal until 11pm every day except Tuesday. Start savory with beef chow fun full of bouncy noodles and and the spicy kung pao chicken. It all leads to the best part of any meal here: The bingsu. The ice is just as it should be, soft and smooth and not too sweet.
