"Head to this tavern-like spot to try the traditional Balearic dish of caldereta de llagosta, an intensely rich, tomatoey, spiny lobster stew (with an admittedly hefty price tag) that the north-coast town of Fornells is especially famous for. Sa Llagosta makes some of the best on the island, and, as with most other places, it takes at least two people to eat the whole thing. The lobster-laced rice and garlicky lobster al ajillo shine, as do local seasonal catches and seafood-focused dishes that pull in flavors from around the globe, like scorpionfish with shiitake and rockfish tartar with salicornia.
