"From the team behind Xin Chao and The Blind Goat comes Stuffed Belly, a Vietnamese sandwich shop (it's in the same shopping center as The Blind Goat in Spring Branch). The menu is inspired by comfort sandwiches, so expect fried chicken sandwiches with Sichuan mayo, an ultra-gooey grilled cheese sandwich with tomato confit, and a tuna salad sandwich topped with potato chips.
