"Southall is a resort and hotel that’s Franklin’s answer to East Tennessee’s luxe and bougie Blackberry Farm. The on-site restaurant, January, which is run by theAudreyteam, is the plush resort’s crown jewel. It screams special occasion in Southern-style fashion: white linens, soaring ceilings, a very expensive-looking open kitchen, and window views of the rabbits that frolic in the property’s fields and hills. It’s a fairy tale meal, with shareable dishes and very high-end takes on Southern cooking using ingredients grown directly on Southall’s property.
