Hank's Franks shared by @infatuation says: ""Sitting on a tiny triangular sliver of land in Lodi, NJ, Hank’s Franks is a roadside hot dog stand with a handful of picnic tables out front, where regulars eat chili dogs under Sabrett-branded umbrellas. Open since 1959, this all-blue spot has a hot dog menu that taps out at $2.94. Get a spread of at least three, and make sure it includes a 'Hot' Chili Texas Weiner—their quotes, not ours, and it’s not very hot at all, but very thick and savory.  Get another dog with soft chunks of potatoes and a pile of sautéed onions, and one with something simpler, like mustard and relish. Or just order the Family Special: pay for eight hot dogs and you get the ninth one free. photo credit: Molly Fitzpatrick"" on Postcard
