"Does drinking in an airplane seat without ever leaving the ground sound like fun? Aviator, a new flight-themed bar on Melrose, is betting it does. The space is decked out to resemble an aircraft cabin with overhead bins and tray tables, and instead of pretzels they’re serving caviar baked potatoes, steak bites, and sliders, as well as classic cocktails such as Aviations and Paper Planes.
