"Price Per Croqueta: $1.25 Lots of things have changed for the worse at Sergio’s. The place looks more like a gastropub than a Cuban restaurant, there’s an entire “flaca” menu, and they’re in the process of building a rooftop tapas bar. But one thing remains the same: their croquetas are delicious. Each has a chunky filling that actually tastes like ham, and weighs about as much as an Airpod case. The croquetas come with fresh limes and (of course) soda crackers. Plus, Sergio’s has the most organized ventanita system in Miami—there's one window for ordering, another for picking up, and less people comiendo the proverbial mierda. " - virginia otazo
