Subversive Malting and Brewing, which sits just a few blocks away from Main Street across the Catskill Creek, is a tiny brew pub cranking out some amazing small-batch beers using all New York ingredients. The Rust American brown ale is a throwback with a malty start and chocolatey, caramel finish, and we love the Tiny Glasses kolsch and the New York Nectar IPA on a hot summer day.
