This small, casual Israeli spot across PCH from Surfrider Beach sets up a few long tables on its front patio, so you can walk up with sand in your trunks. The 100% pescatarian menu is full of pitas, plates, and dips, including smooth tahini and salty, smoky baba ganoush that we scoop up with falafel.
