"How Far In Advance Should You Book? Plenty of off-hours tables are available for day-of, or just look a couple of days in advance if you want a prime spot. When this West Loop spot first opened, it was tough to get a seat in its flower-filled dining room. But that was a year ago, and most Chicagoans seem to have gotten all the selfies they need with the mirror that says “Merci Beaucoup.” But it’s still a cute place to gather friends over some angel hair pasta and caviar.
