"Whenever people ask what our ideal Berlin day looks like, it usually begins with brunch at Sorrel, before walking off the sensationally sticky gochujang fried potatoes along the canal, and inevitably ending up atLa Maison. The opening hours expand to dinnertime Thursday through Sunday, where the small plates—fennel and mint, pickled pumpkin, and those fried potatoes—become the main event, for more of the good stuff with less of the three-spritzes before-midday energy.
