"Wynwood is becoming an epicenter Italian restaurants, but Otto & Pepe is the most fun of the bunch. They make all of their pasta from scratch, from the stuffed cannelloni to some very good orecchiette alla norma with thumb-sized scoops that catch thick tomato sauce and fried eggplant. Order that dish at the bar, or lounge on the patio furniture in the courtyard and split some charcuterie and wine off the outdoor menu. (No pasta outside.)
