But Blue Corn Harvest’s strong suit is experimenting with the sheer scale of Texas influences. Their dinner menu is solid, but the restaurant’s massive brunch plates like jalapeno cheddar biscuits and gravy, eggs benedict with steak and chipotle hollandaise, and “Texas-sized” chicken and waffles are what sets this place apart.
