"Kirin Court has been serving dim sum in DFW for over 35 years, and it’s so old-school that they still bring baskets full of steaming dumplings to your table on pushcarts. The shrimp and leek variety are the best, and you should also get the bell peppers stuffed with shrimp paste for a little crunch. And anything with the BBQ pork is guaranteed to be delicious, from flaky pastries to baked buns. Round it off with the savory, pan-fried taro cakes and the sweet mango pudding and you’ve got a perfect dim sum meal.
