The shrimp and leek variety are the best, and you should also get the bell peppers stuffed with shrimp paste for a little crunch. And anything with the BBQ pork is guaranteed to be delicious, from flaky pastries to baked buns. Round it off with the savory, pan-fried taro cakes and the sweet mango pudding and you’ve got a perfect dim sum meal.
