"Golden Time (originally from Richmond, BC, Canada) offers a party-ready spin on Chinese BBQ with individual self-turning tabletop grills. There’s a smoke-breathing dragon’s head, a scrolling neon sign that wraps around the entire dining room, and ‘80’s-era Chinese music videos projected onto the back wall. The sensory overload is half the fun, and the other half is choosing your skewers—beef short ribs, chicken wings, and eel make a good start—then sitting back and watching the action as they glisten and sizzle with each turn. Don’t miss the enoki appetizer. It's essentially a noodle soup, but with a garlic butter dashi broth so good, you'll want to drink it straight.
